You explained in knowledgeable ways that the salt lamp performs a fuction that reduces the static tension in my home that makes it feel more peaceful. Shipping
 Enerchi Shipping Policy
We want to insure that each and every shipment reaches our customers in the best possible time, for the best possible price and in excellent condition. All shipments are boxed for extra care and shipped fully insured against damage. We use UPS, Fed Ex and several class A trucking companies. All orders are shipped standard shipment. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available on most orders, excluding furniture.
Please let us know on your order if you would like special express delivery. We will calculate exact shipping charges and notify you for your approval.
Shipping Times
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Normal shipping time is 3-14 business days for standard UPS. Occasionally a product may be backordered. If so, you will be contacted with expected shipping and delivery time.
Bedroom sets and furniture require between 2-4 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise noted. All furniture products require truck line shipping.
For Canada shipping prices, place an order for the products you want over our secure server. We will calculate the most economical shipping charges and notify you by e-mail. If you approve, we will then process your order and ship. All custom fees, import duties, taxes, if any will be extra and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Truck Line Shipping Charges — Beds, Bedroom Furniture, Statues. Beds, bedroom sets and some statues require the security of truck line shipping due to their weight and size. Because of the wide variety and various destinations of each order, Enerchi will calculate each shipment on an individual basis, insuring that each customer receives the best possible rate on their specific order.
Place your order for any specific furniture product or combination of products. Our shipping department will calculate the best possible transportation charges to your exact location and will contact you for your approval. No order is processed until your final approval and you can cancel your order up until time of shipment for no charge.
Beds and large furniture pieces must be shipped by truck lines and will incur a fixed truck line shipping charge as noted on the product information page of each item, unless shipping is outside the continental United States.
All furniture shipping quotes are for “Residential Front Door Delivery,” which is the first ground floor entrance to your home or apartment/condo building and includes a special home delivery notification for no extra charge. After your order ships and the order arrives in your area, the local truck line dispatcher will contact you personally by phone to set up a weekday residential delivery time suitable for your schedule.
UPS Shipping Charges — Gifts, Lamps, Art, Comforters,
clocks, and most accessories can be shipped UPS ground. Our secure shipping computer will calculate exact UPS ground shipping charges, based on the weight and size of the order and the customer's shipping address. We then double check each order with the UPS National shipping system to ensure the best possible shipping price.
Some lamps are oversize #2 and incur a fixed UPS shipping charge shipped to any location within the continental US. This shipping price is noted on the product information line.
2nd Day, Next Day UPS air is available by request.
